The same structure is used in Cyprus, Spain, Portugal, Bulgaria and Dubai/UAE. The client never has to work out who the right provider is – we route the matter onwards.

Dubai has a very strong real estate ecosystem with players such as Emaar, Aldar, Nakheel, DAMAC and Dubai Holding — which makes the model even stronger here.
The key point is that the client should never need to understand who the right provider is. Fastigheter Utomlands owns the client relationship on the property side; North Investment owns the financial, legal and corporate matters.
North Investment does not replace the developer's lawyer. We help the client identify and coordinate the right local legal and tax expertise. On property purchases we often work with the legal partners already established with the developer, since every larger developer usually has existing agreements, processes and legal structures in place.
